• Information You Provide and/or We Obtain
  You may be asked to provide information and/or we may obtain information about you through one or more services we provide online or offline including events, programs, courses, workshops, forums, conferences, surveys, researches and other activities organized, carried out or conducted by us and/or our program partners, consultants, contractors or other third party service providers engaged by us. The information may include your personal information, such as name, age, email address, address, NRIC/FIN number and/or contact number, as well as your medical data and health screening results.
   
• Information tracked through cookies or other technologies
  We may make use of cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons to gather information about you, track our email delivery and open rates, or to make effective use of the information gathered from you. All information about you, including information about your internet connection, IP address, etc. may be used by us in our endeavor to cater to you and be mindful of your interests, preferences and otherwise. All information gathered by us may be stored on servers, log files, computers, hard drives and any other storage system owned by us or by third parties engaged by us. Additionally, we may make hard copies of such information.
   
• Children
  Our website, services and activities are not directed at children. If you are below 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before you provide or disclose any information to us, use our services or participate in our activities. If it is brought to our attention that personal information about a person under the age of 18 has been collected without the consent of his/her parent or guardian, we will take reasonable measures to remove such information from our system. 

Information Usage
 

All information disclosed by you shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and without any coercion. No liability pertaining to the completeness, accuracy or authenticity of the information disclosed to us shall lie on us nor will we in any way be responsible to verify any information obtained from you.

You agree and consent to iGROW and its related corporations (like iGROW CorpHEALTH Pte. Ltd. and iGROW’s group of companies.) collecting, storing, using and disclosing your personal data (including but not limited to your personal particulars, medical data and health screening results), whether obtained from you and/or other sources, for one or more of the following purposes:

1. To administer an effective Employee Well Being program (such as Workplace Health Program, EAP, Training and Development activities, Health activities) for and at your workplace;
    
2. To conduct assessments through various ways including the online platform iGROW^® inSIGHTS and enable the data collected as well as the results and reports generated from such assessments to be accessed by you and your employer via multiple platforms;
    
3. To disseminate information to you on activities, events, courses, workshops, forums, conferences, new products and services, including those conducted by the program partners, consultants and contractors of iGROW or any of its related corporations;
    
4. To communicate with you on work-related surveys and researches, notices, changes in any of the terms or policies of iGROW or any of its related corporations as well as promotion and marketing activities;
    
5. Other purposes in line with iGROW’s objectives of building happier and healthier environment and employees at your workplace; and 
    
6. For the internal purposes of iGROW and its related corporations, such as auditing, data analysis and research relating to its activities and services.

You agree that your participation in events, programs, courses, workshops, coaching, forums, conferences, surveys, researches and other activities (collectively, “Activities”) organized, carried out or conducted by iGROW or any of its related corporations or any of their program partners, consultants, contractors or other third party service providers is voluntary and that the Activities and their contents are designed to be educational and informative and must not be treated as a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a medical doctor or other healthcare professionals.

Disclosure and Confidentiality
 

iGROW or any of its related corporations may, without informing you or seeking your prior approval, make available or release your personal data to (a) its program partners, consultants and contractors including information technology and healthcare professionals and other third party service providers engaged by it to carry out or assist in carrying out one or more of the purposes set out in points (i) to (vi) above and (b) such third party or parties as may be directed by your employer.

We endeavor to treat your information confidential and not cause any modification, destruction, loss, unauthorized access or misuse within our storage system.

You agree that if so required by law or as per directions of any governmental agency, authority or court, we will disclose all your information, including your personal data, without informing you or seeking your prior approval.

Opting out

Email Communication: If you no longer wish to receive emails, alerts, e-newsletters and promotional communications from us, you can opt-out using the unsubscribe link included in each communication.
Cookie Control: Most modern web browsers give users the option to control the placement of cookies and/or to delete cookies that have been acquired while browsing the web. You can access these options in the preferences or options section of your web browser.

Amendments

We reserve the unconditional right to modify or amend this policy. The latest date of change to this policy will be posted at the top of this policy.
