Life is full of challenges, and there don't seem to be any signs of it giving you your toughest battles.
It really can get to be too much to handle, and it's understandable if you want to take a pause and just rest. But you can never give up.
The ability to stand back up again and bounce back from difficult situations is known as 'resiliency'. Some people have more of it, some people have less of it. Regardless, it's possible to increase your resiliency through effort and a bit of guidance.
The most reliable and most long-term way of increasing resiliency is through developing healthy habits. It can be difficult at first, especially if you have picked up some less desirable habits, but the key is to remember that the changes you make don't have to be a big departure from your current lifestyle.
In developing healthy habits, take one small step at a time and build it up from there.
