How do you measure whether it worked?

Every talk and workshop ends with the same standard evaluation form. You see your session's scores, and we publish the pooled results across all clients. See the methodology.

How does pricing work?

Talks, PowerArt sessions and workshops are priced per session, with series pricing for quarterly or monthly programmes. Consultancy is scoped by phase after a diagnostic. Scoping costs nothing.

Can government grants offset the cost?

For consultancy projects, eligible Singapore SMEs can receive up to 50% support under the Enterprise Development Grant. Talks and one-off sessions are generally not grant-funded. We will give you a straight answer on eligibility during the call.

Onsite or virtual? What about languages?

Both. Sessions run in person across Singapore and ASEAN, or live on Zoom. Virtual live classes and workshops are offered in English, Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Bahasa and Malay.

How is iGROWFIT different from a traditional EAP?

Traditional EAPs are hotline-first and typically see 0 to 5% utilisation. iGROWFIT programmes see 15 to 30% engagement because the support is preventive and daily, and you only pay for coaching your people actually use.
