PowerTalks / About an Hour / Whole Organisation

One Hour That Changes How Your People Handle Pressure

Most corporate wellness talks are attended out of politeness and forgotten by Friday. Your people do not need another slide deck about stress. They need a psychologist who can hold a room and leave them with something they will still be using next month.

What it is

PowerTalks are live talks led by iGROW's psychologists, onsite or virtual, built for busy teams. Evidence-based psychology made practical: real scenarios, guided reflection and tools people can apply the same day. One hour, whole organisation, no prerequisite.

Run one as a standalone session, or build a quarterly or monthly series so each talk reinforces the last.

Participants rate our facilitators 8.8 out of 10 in talks, and 83% of all measured participants rate the overall experience 8 or higher.

Best for: wellness weeks, town halls, lunch-and-learn series, leadership offsites.

PowerArt / 90 Minutes / Teams

When Your Team Is Talked Out, Let Them Make Something

After enough webinars, another talk lands as noise. Some teams need to put their hands on something quiet, finish it together, and look up ninety minutes later feeling different.

What it is

PowerArt is a 90-minute experiential session facilitated by a trained art therapist, in person or on Zoom. No artistic skill needed, and that is the point: attention shifts from performance to process, which is where the calm comes from.

Each session closes with a short guided debrief and Q&A, so the experience connects back to how your team handles stress at work.

Part of the same measured portfolio: every iGROW session ends with the same evaluation form, and the pooled results are published.

Best for: team days, wellness weeks, and decompression after peak periods such as audit season, launches or restructures.

Signature formats

Pencil Calligraphy Concentration and calm through letterforms. Slow, absorbing, surprisingly restful.

Materials are simple by design. Everything can run in a meeting room or over Zoom with a small kit.

PowerWorkshops / Half or Full Day / Teams of 15 to 30

Awareness Comes From Talks. Skills Come From Practice.

A talk can change how people think. It rarely changes what they do on a hard Tuesday. Skills need rehearsal: a framework, a role-play, feedback, another attempt. That is what a workshop is for.

What it is

Half-day and full-day workshops led by iGROW's psychologists, built on our 3P design: Problem, Principle, Practice. Participants work in pairs and triads, run role-plays with observer feedback, respond to live polls and finish with a scenario lab that applies the skill to their real workplace.

Every workshop teaches a framework people can actually remember: G.R.O.W. for coaching conversations, G.R.A.C.E. for emotional intelligence, A.D.A.P.T. for change. Selected programmes are delivered in English, Vietnamese and Thai.

Our highest-rated format: participants score workshop facilitators 9.0 out of 10, and 8.8 for would recommend to a colleague.

Best for: intact teams building shared habits, and manager cohorts who need practice, not theory.

Certified Workshops / 8 Hours Each / CPD Accredited

Certify the People Your Employees Already Turn To

When someone is struggling, they rarely go to HR first. They tell a colleague. The real question is whether that colleague knows what to say, what not to say, and where to refer. Certification turns goodwill into capability.

Why CPD matters

All four workshops are independently accredited by The CPD Certification Service in the UK, established 1996 and operating in over 100 countries. iGROW is CPD member 18572.

Accreditation means the content and structure were independently assessed, and every delegate earns loggable CPD hours plus a certificate of attendance signed by our Chief Psychologist. For HR, that means training you can defend in an audit and put in a development plan.

A practical pathway: start your volunteer champions on Ambassador, then certify people managers as Well-being Leaders.

When the Problem Is Bigger Than a Workshop

Flat engagement scores. Appraisals nobody trusts. A leadership pipeline that is one resignation from empty. Training helps people cope with a system; consultancy changes the system.

How an engagement runs

Diagnose Design Pilot Embed Review

Engagements typically run 6 to 9 months. We start with a structured diagnostic built on Enterprise Singapore's Business Excellence framework, then design and pilot with your own people before rolling out. You end with working systems and a measured before-and-after, not a slide deck.

In one documented engagement, an e-commerce SME's measured share of actively disengaged employees fell from 9% to zero over the project period.

EDG funding: consultancy projects can qualify for up to 50% support under the Enterprise Development Grant for eligible Singapore SMEs. Our consultants hold the qualifications required to deliver grant-funded consultancy, and iGROW has delivered EDG-supported projects across construction, e-commerce, recruitment and industrial instrumentation. We will tell you honestly on the call whether your project is likely to qualify.

Where we consult

Human capital development: L&D roadmaps on the 70-20-10 model
Employee engagement: licensed Engage & Grow methodology
Performance management: appraisal and KPI systems people trust
Succession planning: a real leadership pipeline
Business strategy: growth and value building for owners
Team diagnostics: DISC, Emergenetics and engagement surveys

iGROWFIT / Always On / Whole Organisation

Support That Shows Up Every Day, Not Once a Quarter

Talks and workshops are moments. Most traditional EAPs sit unused between them: a hotline nobody calls until something is already wrong. Your people need something they actually open on a normal Tuesday.

What it is

iGROWFIT is iGROW's zero-subscription workplace wellbeing platform. At its heart is a Daily Wellness Arcade: psychologist-designed micro-games and check-ins, played in under three minutes a day, built around five domains of mental fitness. Around it sit the MFS mental fitness assessment, monthly live PowerTalks, 50+ curated self-help tools and confidential 1-on-1 coaching that you only pay for when your people use it.

HR gets what a hotline never gives you: anonymised, company-level engagement and wellbeing trends in plain-English reports. One-time setup, no subscription, no lock-in.

iGROWFIT programmes see 15 to 30% engagement, against the 0 to 5% utilisation typical of traditional EAPs. And with zero subscription, you pay only for the coaching your people actually use.

Best for: organisations that want always-on, preventive support running between talks, workshops and certifications.

Questions HR Asks Us

Before you book

Will a talk actually engage a tired, busy team?

That worry is fair, and it is why we measure. Sessions are live and interactive, led by psychologists who work the room rather than read slides. Across 4,166 measured responses, 83% of participants rated the overall experience 8 or higher out of 10.

Onsite or virtual? What about languages?

Both. Talks and workshops run in person across Singapore and ASEAN, or live on Zoom. English is standard, and selected programmes are delivered in Vietnamese and Thai.

How does pricing work?

Talks, PowerArt sessions and workshops are priced per session, with series pricing for quarterly or monthly programmes. Consultancy is scoped by phase after a diagnostic. The process is simple: get the menu, book a 15-minute call, receive a proposal. Scoping costs nothing.

Can government grants offset the cost?

For consultancy projects, eligible Singapore SMEs can receive up to 50% support under the Enterprise Development Grant. Talks and one-off sessions are generally not grant-funded. We will give you a straight answer on eligibility during the call, or start with our step-by-step EDG guide.

What group sizes work best?

Talks scale to your whole organisation, in person or online. Workshops and certified programmes run best at 15 to 30 participants so everyone practises. PowerArt suits intact teams of almost any size.

How is iGROWFIT different from a traditional EAP?

Traditional EAPs are hotline-first and typically see 0 to 5% utilisation. iGROWFIT programmes see 15 to 30% engagement because the support is preventive and daily: a wellness arcade of psychologist-designed micro-games, monthly live sessions, 50+ self-help tools and confidential pay-as-you-use coaching, with anonymised engagement reporting for HR. There is no subscription fee: you pay a one-time setup, and coaching only when your people use it. See the platform.

Can sessions be customised to our context?

Yes. Every programme is tailored to your industry, audience and current pressures, and we have delivered customised versions for clients from multinationals to public agencies. Client examples in our materials are always anonymised.
