A global pump manufacturer's Singapore operation, 139 people, one workplace health programme designed from its own data rather than from a catalogue.
The engagement
Grundfos is a Danish manufacturer operating worldwide. The Singapore brief was a holistic, comprehensive, company-wide workplace health promotion programme reaching all 139 people in the office.
We ran a needs analysis and a lifestyle survey first, then designed against the findings. What followed included talks, workshops, group exercise, group coaching, and a targeted weight management intervention where the survey data indicated it was warranted rather than because it is a standard offering.
What the client said
Signed by Ang Shiao Hui, Human Resource, confirming the scope and the delivery across the full Singapore workforce.
What this one demonstrates
Scale, and a multinational's procurement standards. A global manufacturer does not appoint a wellbeing provider casually, and reaching an entire office population rather than a volunteer subset is a materially harder delivery problem than it sounds. Most workplace health programmes reach the people who were already interested.
The targeted intervention is the part worth noting. It exists because the lifestyle survey pointed at it. That is the same discipline behind every diagnostic we run now: the data decides the programme, not the other way round.
